When my daughter was in elementary school, the Korean kids would come to school with scarred legs because they didn’t make A’s. Social Services ignored it. Some of those kids still won’t wear shorts above the knees because of the scarring.

I don't think a spanking of a young fella’ warrants being reported to some social agency by a “do-gooder” teacher, whose nose may be a little too long and snooping in all of the wrong places. Perhaps a swift kick to the teacher's a$$ is called for here, along with one hell of a defamation of character lawsuit against the teacher and the social agency.
