I watched the Finnish Social-Democrats go after my dad as a business owner and killing his efforts with taxes and the man was the hardest working guy you know (three-fold the effort than some Union fat face commie-mobster) and we had nothing extra in materialistic terms, I grew up in public schools that were manned by (surprise!) Social-Democratic teachers who tried to drill their damned views on us as little kids and if you disagreed you were out of the circle with sanctions, and I loved to be a # in a hospital and not have a word to say over my treatment.

WHAT EFFING MODEST TAX (my bro is an electrician and pays over 40% income tax, 22% VAT on everything, except food is 18% VAT, cars have 120% VAT, gasoline has 120% VAT and costs $10 / gallon, do I need to continue??? WHAT EFFING FREE SERVICES (the pure notion of saying that something is free is misleading SOCIALIST propaganda — I payed WAY more for my “heavenly” Finnish social services than what I pay for my private health care insurance here in the USA — GOD BLESS HER TOO!!!)??? I honestly had an urge to strangle that reporter. I suffered 27 yrs and it is too long of a time to have some Washington D.C. pencil neck reporter write that crap about Finland and make her look like a damned paradise!!! That man should be ashamed of himself and the uneducated view that he portrayed in his article for the hungry, young, and hip American socialists.
I honestly recommend any and all American aspiring socialists to go and live in either Finland or Sweden for prolonged time: that will cure your naive enthusiasm pretty effectively. Unless you kill yourself of course. Oh, you didn't know that the “social paradise” has one, if not the, highest suicide rates.
