Sure,
Whatever. I show up around here to post around election time because this is a politically oriented forum. Would it make everyone feel better if I fall lock step in with everyone else here that is CERTAIN of a McCain win? Like I said, when McCain wins, feel free to bump my posts and make fun of me all you want. I will take it in stride because I will be happy with the rest of you.

*Obama has a radio ad running here that says he will protect people’s Second Amendment rights. No kidding.*

Obama should run a bunch of ads everywhere saying “Just let me put the tip in a little bit, America”.

Then, this beaut...”The republicans are heading towards a major defeat come November. McCain will go down in flames I am sorry to say.”

-Yes, because I can’t stand McCain.

I want the GOP to choose conservatives not these rinos or whatever McCain is.

I decided to support him when he picked Sarah for his running mate and that is the ONLY reason I support him.

All I know is our independent county-wide polling here in this swing county of OH has been “bery, bery good” for McCain, so far having him well ahead of Bush’s 2000 or 2004 pace. We are not polling “as” McCain campaign, but separately for our own candidates, and if it’s this good here, I’d hate to see Obama’s numbers in PA and perhaps IA.

Funny, we’re seeing a lot of success here in OH. We are thinking we’ll have a very good Nov. 4.

If McCain wins OH, I can’t see him not winning MO and IN. If we are to believe NV is tied, then CO has to be around the same. Give me a break. Does anyone think Obama will win FL based only on a lead in the “Gold Coast”? And Bush won VA by 8% and NC by 13%. Will they come home? I think so. Victory is there if we push hard in these last 10 days. Obama’s hubris exceeds that of Dewey’s. Let’s prove it so.

Personally I don’t care if it’s racism that helps us defeat an evil, lying, Marxist piece of human garbage and his cronies in the media. The man stood on the state assembly floor and argued against legislation that gives basic care to a child who survived an abortion. I don’t care what it takes to win and save our nation and protect our children.

I am with you 100%! No way Obama wins Florida or IMHO the rest. In fact, I think McCain will do better then Bush in the end!

You are right. They must be getting some internal polling that, no surprise, contrdicts the published polls. He doesn’t have money to waste and he knows it. I just do not see him spending money in a state he has no chance to win. He could just as easily be in Massachusettes if that were the case.

Your sort of post does nothing to help the cause. You may post all you want, but don’t expect those of us who are trying to win to sit idly by while you help deflate folks and possibly discourage them from voting. We can turn on the MSMedia to get the message you are delivering. Some of us would like some positive news once in awhile...

If the polls stay open, then Freepers in St. Louis should perhaps go and vote again...

I agree, now help me find some positive news on this forum will ya? Every 3 hours another terribly negative poll is posted here. I was simply giving everyone a possible reason for McCain to visit IA.

Everyone and his grandmother knows the MSM is not neutral, but trying even harder than they did in 2004 to affect the outcome. Their mode? Polling. How? Oversampling Democrats by 8-10%, notwithstanding a typical election turnout is much closer.

Stop reading so much into the polls, and stay the course. It worked in Iraq, and it'll work in Election 2008.

Huge Bradley effect in internal polling?

“Huge Bradley effect in internal polling?”

Not likely. Racial issues have never been a factor in Iowa.

IA is only about and has only been about the voters there realizing that an Obama administration is far more dangerous to them than their farm subsidies.. That’s the only reason IA is not supporting McCain, he’s not a proponet of subsidies and IA are voting with their pocketbooks.

"My guess is the McCain statisticians have discovered a method for extracting the Bradley effect from polling data."

Easy. Use two separate polls of the same respondants, appearing to be by separate orgs. Designing the questions to draw out that info shouldn't be difficult.
