I don't think he can “get in”. If he is illegal then his “Presidency” would be counterfeit and not of legal standing. John McCain automatically wins having the most legal votes, being a legal candidate.

If he gets in can we call him the Undocumented President? He'll certainly be the Affirmative Action President.
Think about it for a minute. He couldn't have gotten into Harvard if it weren't for Affirmative Action. If he hadn't have gotten into Harvard, would he be a Presidential Candidate today? Don't think so. He'd be stuck in ACORN Community Organizer hell.
