You’re a voter who has probably already made a decision so they CAN ignore you.
Right now the battle is for “undecideds” who range from a well considered “I hate ‘em both” to the more normal “What was it I am supposed to on 4 Nov?” They need something to capture these votes and you and I probably have no idea what will do the trick...

Once at every rally they should ask voters to come up with any significant thing that zero has done that deserves his election to the presidency. Dare them to come up with reasons. Create a website and let anyone post their arguments. Then read the responses publicly. Guarantee there will be nothing compelling - might even start a legit debate.

Oh, back up. I guess I’m not qualifed because I never held an office but I raised 3 kids, one grandkid, many MANY animals, and I’m still working on raising a husband. I’m a citizen of the United States of America. I vote. I pay taxes. So that’s why I’ll be offering my incoherent words of wisdom.

OK. Lots of wonderful ideas....BUT. Unless a person is politically active, such as we are, and the PUMA’s are... the general public is flat out stupid. They’ve fallen for whatever sound bites they hear on TV. We’re dealing with the Oprah-type crowd.

So......dumb it down, I say! The word socialism has been over-used. While TRUE, I don’t think most people KNOW what it means. If John or Sarah said it was one baby step away from communism, I think ??? some folk would get it.

Get what I’m saying? Speak slow. Say it so it’s easy to grasp for even the Oprah-crowd.

SOMETHING must be said about the economy and taxes...something to explain how KEEPING MORE OF YOUR OWN MONEY, allows you to buy your own health insurance.

McCain needs to offer solutions with plans on how to implement them. He needs to stand up for what this country IS...... shoot straight with people and tell them that there is no rainbow. Only tough solutions will put this country back as it was before. He needs to let people know that under a Republican controlled house, things were great. When the Dems gained control, we’ve been in big trouble!!

Someone needs to follow up on this birth certificate thing and QUICK!

And all of us need to keep talkinig to people who are undecided or even died-in-the-wool Dems. And VOTE! I cancelled a vote the other day...... and darn proud of it!! The guy before me voted D and I voted R!!! So his doesn’t count anymore :)

Obama's associations are indicators of what he is willing to do to get ahead. He has no moral authority and has voted, ACTUALLY VOTED, to permit little newborn babies to be LEFT ALONE TO DIE. I think that SARAH and Mac should repeat and repeat and repeat! the story below (short but sweet) about how wealth distribution really works:

"Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign that read "Vote Obama, I need the money." I laughed.

Once in the restaurant my server had on a "Obama 08" tie, again I laughed as he had given away his political preference -- just imagine the coincidence.

When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need--the homeless guy outside. The server angrily stormed from my sight.

I went outside, gave the homeless guy $5 and told him to thank the server inside as I've decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy was grateful.

At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the server was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn, without his consideration of whether I should have even have don’t(sic) that; though in my opinion the actual recipient needed the server’s money more.

I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application."
