From the original moonbat himself. If you're in the mood for some A-1 prime liberal lunacy, click through for the entire article. Otherwise, skip it. A better question to ask might be, how did gibbering numbskulls come to dominate The Guardian, BBC, NY Times, NPR and our universities?

Then stay on your side of the Atlantic. I had an ancestor at Bunker Hill. Yeah, the whites of YOUR eyes.

Moonbat in the Guardian ...
Summary: Americans are brainwashed ignorant fundamentalists, failures at every level of education, politics, science, responsible for all the worlds ills, led by stupid politicians like Reagan, Bush, Palin.
Yawn. I was reading this same bullshit from him 4 years ago. Must be nice to be able to recycle the same tired crap year after year and never have to bother to reassess your opinions.

Ugh. The Guardian is probably the most mainstream, RED rag in
the UK.

Did the Guardian try to repeat their Clark County Project again? It worked so well last time when they picked out one county to try to push it for the Dems in 2004:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2004/oct/13/uselections2004.usa11
Clark County Ohio results.
2000 results Bush:27,660 Gore:27,984 net: Gore by 324
2004 results Bush:34,941 Kerry:33,535 net: Bush by 1406
Net Swing: Bush by 1730.
Thanks a lot for your help, Guardian.

How could Republican rallies in 2008 be drowned out by screaming ignoramuses insisting that Barack Obama was a Muslim and a terrorist? He's a former muslim and has said as much in his book. He was not raised as a Christian, his mother was an atheist and his fathers were non-observant muslims, his grandparents who raised him were non-observant methodist and non-observant baptist.
He's advocated some radical extremist terrorism in Africa and embraced a domestic terrorist. He's been endorsed by Islamic terrorists and called a muslim by Qaddaffi and others.
But for me, above all the rest of this, is his Marxist ideology.
He's running a stealth campaign. He isn't running on issues. He's running on image and hype and lies.

There is no cure for stupidity. Stupidity informed by self-righteousness is merely obnoxious. But a stupidity informed by self-righteousness and given political power is not only incurable and obnoxious, but constitutes a mortal danger to Liberty and those who love it.

Like most people on my side of the Atlantic, I have for many years been mystified by American politics. The US has the world's best universities and attracts the world's finest minds. It dominates discoveries in science and medicine. Its wealth and power depend on the application of knowledge. Yet, uniquely among the developed nations (with the possible exception of Australia), learning is a grave political disadvantage. They dont' "get" our Constitution, our declaration that government is not the solution to our problems, that private industry can innovate solutions and devices where there is a financial reward for blood, sweat, tears, determination, and risk of capital.

On behalf of all Brits everywhere, I apologise unreservedly for this article.
The only consolation is that Monbiot (is he really the reason “moonbat” came about?) is so utterly off-beam, unfair, prejudiced and elitist that only “gibbering numbskulls” could possibly swallow his drivel.

I'm reminding myself that the UK has its share of good, sensible people, as well as its share of moonbats.
And just like our side of the pond, the moonbats seem to get more than their fair share of ink.

Give me Dan Quayle or Sarah Palin or George Bush over Barney Frank or Maxine Waters or Charlie Rangle or Barak Obama or Murtha or Conyers or any Kennedy or Harry Reid or Nancy Pelosi or ...my goodness...the list is endless when it comes to Democratic Bozos.
