IMHO thats even more complicated reducing the comment to just that. Its obvious even from the edited YouTube clip that this discussion encompassed the events of the 1920s, 30's and 40's. To imply that somehow Obama was saying that America = Nazism today (which would not surprise me if it comes out that he did say that btw) is just off the mark. Its just my opinion, but there are some crazy things Obama and his friends have said-this one just doesn't seem to be what it is represented to be.

Obama and his followers are not just like fascists; they are fascists by any reasonable meaning of the word:
1) quasi-socialist and syndicalist economic policies
2) pseudo-nationalist imagery and symbols
3) personality cult
4) fanatical devotees to the “leader” rather than any specific policies or goals
5) willingness to use thuggery and win elections “in the street” (i.e., through violence and intimidation)
6) anti-clerical, anti-religion
7) willingness to disarm the population
8) creation of paramilitary groups to act as bodyguards and eventually compete directly with traditional military (Obama’s proposed “national defense corps”)
9) extreme racism (Rev. Wright)
10) disseminating paranoia and conspiracies
Let’s face it; Obama is a monster. I’d prefer a century of Bill Clintons to one term of Obama.
I don’t get it either. It’s so offensive even when you hear it in context.

I concur. I keep thinking that this country has been so confused by the media and dems that Obama is sort of taking over the country like Hitler. If you dare question them they “punish” you. All his supporters shout you down. Scary times we live in. God I hope McCain wins. I will seriously doubt the sanity of this country if we elect a rookie no military, no business, no governance experience person to office during a time of war. Wouldn’t be our smartest move as a country thats for sure.

I hear ya, and combine with this, his IDEOLOGY of radical socialism, gross anti-Americanism, racism, anti-Constitution, pro-big-government dominance....it will be worse than insane if this fraud gets into our White House. That alone would indicate, to Americans who care, that the entire government system needs to be overhauled, cleaned out, and replaced with a pro-American “restoration” government that will restore the rule of law, our Constitution, and our core American values of national strength and security and sound economic policy.
If it does not happen, we are in big trouble and will be in for a tumultuous 4 years....to say the least.

It brings to mind an older German lady we knew, now deceased, who in her youth was a prominent young female athlete during the late 1930’s talking about the appeal of the rallies of the Hitler youth. We are witnessing an Obama Leni Refenstahl (Sp?) moment. It’s a “Triumph of the Will” campaign. Just please, they ask, don’t examine the substance.

You may be right....but I am hoping too, that at least a portion of the mindless, ignorant voting base will learn a lesson from the Obama attempt at taking down our system of government and American capitalism. You never know about Hil, and company. I would agree she is not much different than Obama in ideology. They are both Marxists and driven by anti-Americanism and POWER.
It is really up to the public to keep these radicals under control and away from our government. We also have much work to do to “clean up” Washington, even today. In general, the public MUST become more involved with their government and much more active in making sure the right kind of people are in the positions of power at all levels.
We need a McCain/Palin win right now!!! A must really.

Yes I agree. This guy is a total fraud. Aunt living in slums. Brother living on 1 dollar a month. I’m not rich but I’d spend every dime I had to take care of my family. But then again I’m a conservative....
