I'm working on a grad school paper here in singapore and need to cite that infamous quote by james fallows regarding media bias in 2004 against bush how the media was in the tank for kerry and it was worth 10-15% of the vote.
Can anyone help me finding the quote? Thanks!
Pretty sure it was Evan Thomas of Newsweak who made the point that his puplication’s efforts were worth 15 points for Kerry.
"Let's talk a little media bias here. The media, I think, wants Kerry to win....They're going to portray Kerry and Edwards as being young and dynamic and optimistic and there's going to be this glow about them... that's going to be worth maybe 15 points."
He later downplayed it 5%. Just a little bias here , nothing to look at keep moving people. Any bias is too much. This time it’s all bias, all the time. Pitiful excuse for human beings.
