You're welcome. There are some real nuggets in there. Somebody posted the entire article on another forum which is how I found it by using advanced google, doesn't always work.

You picked a gem of a quote. There were a few in that article. Save it because it may disappear like the Ayers one back in May or so that seems to have although there was a later one that was still up, not as detailed though.
