A freelance election reporter for the Huffington Post shot herself after stabbing her lesbian lover 222 times with a screwdriver and stuffing the body in the back seat of the victim's BMW, authorities say.
Carol Anne Burger, 57, an award-winning photojournalist and regular contributor to the online website, reported on the election from their home in Florida. She had experienced an upsetting break up with software executive Jessica Kalish, 56, a woman whom she had married in Massachusetts, the Palm Beach Post reported. The partners were planning to divide their assets, including the home they still shared, after splitting last year. Kalish had met another woman and frequently went on online dates with her.
"Burger, upset at the disintegration of her relationship and disgusted with the U.S. during the past several years, sometimes talked of moving to Panama or Mexico to start again," the Post reported

Good grief! Everything about this woman's life was screwed up. Lesbian, married in Mass., lived in Floriduh during an election year, hated the United States, had Bush Derangement Syndrome, McCain Derangement Syndrome, Cheney Derangement Syndrom, Palin Lust Syndrome and wrote for the Huffington Post. I know it is really ‘fun’ to disparage the victim in this story, but I would like to offer up prayers for the repose of her soul and the sorrow for her family.
I read through the thread and had to wonder just what makes these comments different from the HuffPo?
I think Freepers are better than that. There is a woman murdered, horribly... I don’t agree with her life choices, but I can see the tragedy here.
They probably voted early.. Gives new meaning to dead people voting!!
Did they forget to mention that the two lesbians were in a “loving relationship” with one another?
Agree with you, sad story of messed-up lives. Nothing to rejoice about here. Feel sorry for their families.

Thank you. Many of the comments in this thread disgusted me. Good to see that there are some freepers that dont laugh and crack jokes about the brutal murder of woman just because she happened to be a liberal or a lesbian. The comments by many in this thread are disgusting and entirely un-Christian.
