Paul Mooney on David Letterman last night. His comments about the election start about 6:00 into the clip.

This definitely will cost O some votes among the hipper crowd.
I miss Richard Pryor and Johnny Carson.
It took my computer a while to load so I think you’ll get some posters soon.
Plus, your video is down...use this link:

I miss Richard Pryor
There’s a funny youtube of Pryor doing a prison bit where he talks about how he filmed a movie in prison and at first he was gung-ho for all the black, young warriors that were locked up by the man, but after talking to the warriors he changed his tune:

When I hit your “youtube” hyperlink underneath the headline I was able to get to the video, though it took 5 minutes to upload to the 6 minute mark for me, but it was worth it.
Interesting perspective. I noticed a definite lessening of the laughter there.
My Wife overheard a couple of black women at her gym whispering about a *big* party next week. Apparently it’s quite the secret.
Anyone else smell paradichlorobenzene? Mooney pulled those tired-a$$ed jokes right of the moth balls.
In his defense, he is as funny as Letterman. In other words, not funny.
You could tell Dave was getting nervous. When a liberal, edgy entertainment professional like Dave gets nervous, they shot themselves in the foot.
.
If this was on last night then a healthy percentage of the informercial audience was also watching, which means any progress O made with them was negated by this comedian.
Did anyone see Sarah Silverman on Jay Leno’s show last night?
She’s the one who came up with “The Great Schlep” where younger Jewish people are supposed to talk to their elderly grandparents about voting for Barack Obama.
Her politics aside, she is not funny. Not in the least bit.
Summary, please?
White people suck and black people are going to go nuts in the street no matter what happens.
I grew up around the professional Irish so I know a professional when I see one.
Some will understand that and some won't...
Thanks for letting us know to go to 6:00. Even then I couldn’t make it past 7:00. At the beginning, what n word was he talking about? Was it something Letterman said in the monologue?
he said the phrase “that one” was the new n-word.
