Oh...sorry.
Tito was wearing dark sunglasses because of the bright camera lights. Hannity jokingly said he really liked Tito's shades and wanted to get a pair for himself. Tito then apologized for wearing the sunglasses and mentioned that he had some eye condition.
Tito then took the opportunity to say he really wore them to intimidate Colmes. It was how he said it and the overall image he was portraying that made the line humorous.
Colme's made some joke about hiding under his desk.
