I always have a fire-back for socialists that accuse conservatives of being selfish -

“Which is more selfish, wanting to keep more of what you yourself earned, or using the gov’t to confiscate what someone else earned?”

I am a small business owner. Every time I pay myself $10,000, I have to pay the state and the feds almost $8,000. According to Obama, my reluctance to pay even more is selfish. However, also according to Obama, the desire of his supporters, many of whom pay the state and the feds little or nothing, that I pay more so they can get more is not selfish. Something does not compute here
