Duberstein was also a member of the Board of Directors of....wait for it....FANNIE MAE. (from 1998 through his resignation in Jan 2008)

I guess he thinks the Obama is going to win (he really shouldn't be giving so much credit to the polls) and he will need the Obama to pass him a pardon for his role in the scam.
