WASHINGTON -- Barack Obama's aunt, a Kenyan woman who has been quietly living in public housing in Boston, is in the United States illegally after an immigration judge rejected her request for asylum four years ago, The Associated Press has learned.
Zeituni Onyango, 56, referred to as "Aunti Zeituni" in Obama's memoir, was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request, a person familiar with the matter told the AP late Friday. This person spoke on condition of anonymity because no one was authorized to discuss Onyango's case.

How much has the US taxpayer been paying so that Barry Hussein’s illegal alien aunt has a roof over her head, while he’s hobnobbing with the other Leftists in his plush Hyde Park mansion? The statute regarding the Affidavit of Support, Form I-864, states clearly that in order for an alien to immigrate through a family-based petition, and some employment-based petitions, they must overcome the public charge ground of inadmissibility. Therefore, the petitioner on the Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, must execute and submit a legally enforceable Affidavit of Support on Form I-864. The second paragraph of the instructions to Form I-864, advises the sponsor that by executing the form he or she is agreeing "to support the intending immigrant and any spouse and/or children immigrating with him or her" until the contract terminates. In cases where the Affidavit is executed by a spouse, even divorce does not terminate the obligation." Part 7 of Form I-864 states: "The sponsor must provide the sponsored immigrant(s) whatever support is necessary to maintain them at an income that is at least 125 percent of the Federal poverty income guidelines."

I love how half the story is devoted to “the timing” and whether or it was the “Bush Administration”, rather than the fact that...wait for it...: Barack Obama’s aunt is an illegal, living in a slum, and illegally donating money to his campaign. Where do you think a responsible journalist would place emphasis?
If George Bush was half the man he should be he would have her deported on Nov. 5.
I guess Barry doesn’t believe in his own philosophy of “spread the wealth†even when it comes to his own relatives.
Time for Zeituni to go home? Amazing how illegal immigrants can suck on the public nipple for years and years and years and years and how her own nephew who is not currently short of cash, won’t help her. And yet, AND YET, people who are against higher taxes are selfish?! What crap. Time for Zeituni to go home!
