Like Ziva, I urge FReepers who are not yet working on the McCain campaign in some manner start making phone calls from an online list from the comfort of their home. Using the link below, you register and can make a limited number of calls. They provide the phone numbers and the scripts on your browser. You then have to wait an hour to be able to make more calls. However, once you have made a number of calls, you can request the ability to make unlimited calls by emailing the link on the last page after you finish your calls.

Like Sun said, You can make calls whether or not you have dial-up. I have dial-up, and simply click off the internet, while making the call, go back online to record my results with the McCain/Palin camp, and get the phone number for the next person to call.

I have already made a few a couple weeks ago it was fun and felt very gratifying. Keep on the script, but if you wander at least be cordial, gracious and calm. If your frowning through each call you’ll be doing Obama a great service. If your smiling throughout each call we can win this.

Script ideas...

Hi, I ‘—and I just wanted to mention that…

Recently, a bill was introduced by Congressman George Miller, democrat of CA to eliminate the tax deduction of 401K contributions and force us all to pay increased taxes. The law would obviously increase downward pressure on the stock market, though forced 401k liquidations.

John McCain would veto this bill. Instead, he will get our economy back on track by allowing a 10% tax credit for R&D investments and accelerated equipment depreciation to create jobs, especially through small businesses.

As a McCain volunteer, I hope we can count on you support November the 4th.

[Are you interested in this issue?][or end here if leaving message]

He will reform Washington by going after Freddie, Fannie Mae and Acorn.

He will break our dependence on foreign oil, which will cut prices at the pump. McCain will employ an ‘all of the above’ strategy to diversify our sources of energy.

On defense, he will not be tested as an inexperienced president as Biden has pointed out Obama would be.

[Best script for NH or seasoned citizens]
As we are all feeling the pinch of higher energy prices and John McCain will lower energy prices through increased production in a environmentally friendly way. Obama will discourage employers to maintain health coverage for employees through unreasonable mandates. This demand induced forced rationing of existing government healthcare such as Medicare and Medicaid will create shortages of doctor and facilities.

Since, Obama has changed on his commitment to use public financing, he has an enormous money advantage and it is only through grass roots efforts that we are able to get the word out.
