Lawyer Andy Martin was just before the Hawaiian courts a few days ago to force the release of Obama's birth certificate.
Just prior to Martin's court appearance, Obama announced his Grandma was sick, and he had to visit her immediately. I guess the visit was a success, because Michelle Obama now says granny is fine. I guess the "cancer" disappeared.
So I guess the Governor thinks she has thwarted Martin's legal efforts in Hawaii to get the birth certificate.
Martin might use this:
The Constitution of the United States
Article Six, paragraph two
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
So Martin could argue that the US Constitution stands above any state law or Governor's order. Martin might argue that the issue of Presidential eligibility (Article II) is written in the US Constitution. Therefore, the Governor would have no jurisdiction over impeding the assessment of eligibility. The Governor would lack the authority to withhold the document.
I hope he does appeal this Governor's order, and I hope he makes a lot of noise about doing it.
If all this was fiction, no one would believe it.
Maybe it could happen in a banana republic. Banana, anyone?

The things Obama is telling everyone is one of the many things that are turning off Americans, including what he's now saying about his cultural background. He is NOT Hawaiian in the slightest. He is African-Arabian. We don't even have evidence that he was really born in Hawaii. We only have his Certificate of Live Birth. We DO NOT have his Birth Certificate. Obama campaign trolls on the internet shouldn't even try to joke about such matters of culture to Americans because they have no idea who it is they're trying to pretend to be, and rather pathetically so.

1. Why would Barack Hussein Obama's African grandmother say she stood by the bed when he was born in Kenya? You can't be born in two places. The Hawaiian certificate of 'live birth' is a fake. It does not carry the Hawaii state seal, the name of the doctor and other relevant information found on ALL birth certificates.
2. He IS hiding something and the MSMM (main stream media morons) are complicit in that cover-up which is a disservice by not reporting the news truthfully.
3. Barack Hussein Obama is a fraud,a liar and a grave danger to OUR country. God Help us all if he is elected on Nov. 4th.

Why is everything associated with Obama like his birth certificate locked from public view?
Why would a source, who didn’t want to share something, give it to the LA Times? If you don’t want to share it, then why is it there? When it’s called for it's suddenly protected. It must have something damaging to Obama, since they don’t want to release it?
It also brings up http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.p...w&pageId=79174 Within this article, there is a comment that Kenya will not release documents regarding Obama until after the election. Now why would there be anything there that should not be shown? If there’s nothing to hide, then they should provide……….same as the LA Times Flashback to “fit & acquit”…………………hmmmmmm
And as for Spreading the Wealth, what's wrong with helping your own family Obama?

The governor is a republican and as such must be a neocon (fascist) and part of the cabal... also Jewish, remember Obama bowing to AIPAC during their convention?

This would explain why she is withholding the birth certificate. Its for the benefit of all parties who are for globalizing. Obama is the perfect international candidate to become the worlds first leader with an international background.

He just got an endorsement from Odinga who used Obama as an adviser on how to overturn the results of the election in Kenya. Well, they used violence and rather than continue tearing the country apart the real elected leader agreed to share power with Odinga given his adviser maybe the next president of the US.
Anyway, Obama has 6 CFR advisers on his staff which is more than any previous candidate who was also controlled by the CFR.... What does that tell you???

How do you even know this? Everything about the man seems to be a lie. Obama is a fabricated candidate. He should just release the Birth Certificate. How difficult is that???
Don’t anyone get so sidetracked that they forget to actually VOTE! IF he is elected, then it MUST be pursued as it would be a constitutional crisis. He must not be allowed to kill the Constitution with a million papercuts of any illegal action that sets a so-called “precedent”. - At this late date, even if one could PROVE the allegation, it would only bring on the riots that Hussein seems to want. “Whitey” would be cast as the villain and as having “stolen” the election from “O” at the last minute. That MAY happen anyway if H. isn’t elected.

Many Obama supporters are mindlessly supporting him, with no real reason, this means it is VERY easy to get them to switch over. Even if you fail, other Obama/undecideds may be in the room and hear valid arguments and question their faith in the One.

What’s sad is we have never had to worry about a candidate for President in this regard. They came from families with histories. It really wasn’t much of an issue ... until now. The very fact we are even having this discussion about a candidate for President of the United States is incredibly disturbing to me.

This story just keeps getting weirder and weirder all the time.
First Obama's lawyers file a Motion to Dismiss on the last possible day to answer Philip Berg's complaint, when they could have easily presented Obama's legal COLB to the court, and destroyed the case and the controversy.
This move on their part only led to the appearance that Obama was making a tacit admission that he couldn't prove his "natural born citizen" credentials, and thus his eligibility to assume the office of president.
Now, Obama interrupts his campaign in the last critical hours to ostensibly visit his sick Granny, then flies back after just one hour's visit. Mysteriously, the Governor of Hawaii then seals his COLB from the public upon Obama's departure from her state.
All of this is transparent to any but the most willfully ignorant person. Obama is committing fraud, and trying every trick in the book to cover it up. It's as transparent as Sandy Berger's theft of the 9/11 documents from the National Archives. You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to understand what's happening right in front of our faces.
And, I don't care if the governor of Hawaii is a Republican, and spoke at the RNC. She's in on this. I watched Linda Lingle's speech, and it was undeniably the weakest performance of the convention, not that you can draw anything from that, but at the very least, it's a red flag.

My recollection is that there’s almost no possibility of *losing* one’s citizenship unless a naturalized citizen who committed fraud on the N-400 application, OR by renouncing citizenship.
In any case it requires real work and deliberate, committed intention to lose one’s U.S. citizenship. Nor do you “renew” it like a library card.

Especially since Hawaii allows people to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate even if born out of the state as long as they lived there for a year prior to the birth.
I read something along the lines of because The 0ne’s mom was underage at the time he lost american citizenship when he was adopeted.
For the record, the Constitution is “STILL” the law of the land.
The Gov cannot legally pull it out.....it has to be at the request of the individual whose bc it is..unless there is a court ruling...which is what all the hubbub has been about -to try and advance the clear proposition that this is a national security issue and potentially fraudulent potential potus if elected.
The times were different back then, but it seems very implausible that anything like Zer0 gaining then losing then regaining U.S. citizenship could have occured without some kind of substantial legal proceedings. And even that seems very unlikely.
U.S. citizenship has *always* been treated as kind of a big deal, not like renewing a driver’s license or library card.
It would have left a long paper trail for Zer0 to hide, not simply the birth certificate.
Not for long.
Personally, I believe the little Marxist squirrel went earlier in the year to get the necessary material to have a very expensive counterfeit made and to collect papers from granny’s attic. Then went back this last time to put the counterfeit into the records and remove the original. I could be wrong and if microfilm exists of the original it might send this fraud to where he belongs ... in Kenya with his murderous cousin, Raila Odinga.
No kidding. Electing a person to the highest office who won’t even release his birth certificate is just stupid. Does he have a passport? Surely he does......
Just the fact that he will not openly show people the birth certificate shows that Obama has contempt for ordinary Americans.
