Birth certification doesn’t mean he’s a natural born citizen. He could have been born in Kenya, as his grandmother says, then a few days later his mother registers him in Hawaii. The real documents to be searching would be in Kenya, if they still exist, or ever did exist.

Especially since Hawaii allows people to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate even if born out of the state as long as they lived there for a year prior to the birth.
