What’s he looking to create? A “Gangsta’s Paradise”.
The reason the video is spun to make Odinga's thugs look like the oppressed masses, is that it's from Al Jazzera, and Odinga had promised to impose Sharia law, among other things, to bring the Muslims in on his side.
So, yes that maybe the civilian force Obama has in mind.Something to attack, beat and otherwise intimidate anyone who opposes "The One".
I think it will be more like Haiti’s Tonton Macoute.
The amazing part is that Obama keeps announcing these intentions at all.
I do think there are some fencesitters that see things like this and quietly make up their minds.

Maybe they do. Maybe this is what they want. Remember the moonbats loving Bill Clinton and his “I feel your pain” stuff. Since the beginning I have thought this was someone who just took Bill Clinton to the next step.
Many in the masses just want to taken care of. They want someone who will punish those who succeed better than they have.
Obama throughout the election has used tactics of Bill only to a deeper depth than we ever thought anyone would.
