The Trib not only endorsed Flatulent Jack Murtha, but they also recommended ousting local Congressman Tim Murphy (though they did not endorse - or even mention - the slimy liberal Rat running against Murphy).

Their gripe with Murphy was that he has become 'insufficiently conservative', a problem which will apparently be solved by sending another loony lib to Congress in Murphy's place.

The Tribune-Review is to the Pittsburgh media what Fox News is to the MSM: an outlet that only appears to lean "right" when compared to the radical left media that dominates elsewhere. They are hardly "conservative" anymore, though perhaps they were at one time (a description that fits both Fox News and the Trib).

The liberal shitrag in this area, the Post-Gazette, is somewhere to the left of Pravda or the Daily Worker.
