Why wasn’t this brought out by the McCain campaign in early October, or late September when it could have had a chance to move the polls.

With two days left, the Obama-worshiping media will simply ignore it... just like the LAtimes video of Obama hugging and laughing with terrorists.

Sometimes I wonder if McCain isn’t losing on purpose just to teach Pres. Bush a lesson.

President Bush leaves the White house Jan 20th no matter what McCain does or doesn't do.
He'll entered the job as a millionaire, and he'll exit as a millionaire.

What lesson do you believe McCain has to teach President Bush?

No, no this IS perfect timing. That would have given him time to reinvent his opinion. He would have laughed at it, looked straight into the camera for two and three months and promised to LOVE coal. They would have bought it. He can not combat this in two days. This is good timing with immense number of idiots we have out there.
