McCain's issue is reasonable to discuss. It underlines there's no standard procedure to vet the candidates. McCain has complied with every request to submit documentation that I am aware of. Obama is taking the course of legal obfuscation, whereas McCain was completely open and transparent.

If we owe American servicemen and women anything at all, it is full, natural born citizenship for their children if they are born anywhere in the world, provided they are under orders to be there, or in transit. I think the legal issues surrounding McCain's eligibility fall into this category, and are completely supported by US law.

I never did see the McCain issue as legitimate- he was born out of the country because his father was stationed there in the military. To me there should have been no question about his status- made me mad at the time it was made an issue.

It wasn’t just the poster bringing up the McCain issue that got me riled, the sniping by a newbie at other posters doesn’t set well with me. Newbies that are not trolls usually read more, post less, and above all don’t try to antagonize other posters with smart a$$ remarks.
