He doesn't need to fill Supremer Court vacancies.
He can pack it like FDR tried to do! (The number of Justices is set by tradition not by statue or the Constitution.)
FDR's own democratic congress stopped him, a little too much honor and character in those democrats.
Look at the the clowns today, see enough honor & character to stop a similar attempt today.
