Black said he had seen a poll recently that showed McCain tied in the Philadelphia suburbs, a crucial swing region of the state.

That would mean that he's doing better than Bush. Based on yard signs, McCain's way ahead.

Kerry won PA by less than 2%. The Western part of the state is solidly McCain. The ghettos will go O but the swing counties will go McCain.
