This is purely anecdotal but....many older Jewish voters here in NY are NOT voting for “the one”. They’ve been getting a great deal of pressure from their 60’s children to change their minds, but they’re resolute. They are diehard Dems and I thought it interesting that some have said for the first time in their lives, they’re voting for a Republican - they’re voting for McCain!

Another purely anecdotal story—a longtime friend and co-worker of mine, who is Jewish, has been for Obama all along—until a week ago. He is worried about the socialist tendencies of the One and is now officially on the fence.

how could there possibly be public knowledge about voting other than exit polling (which would be next to impossible with early voting and we all know how accurate that is anyway).

all you could now is the # of registered voters and their parties. not who they voted for.

JUST VOTE and get all those of like mind to the polls.

I didn’t want to start a vanity so I’m posting on this breaking thread to see if anyone heard this: I was listening to the radio this morning and as I flipped through the dial I heard this preacher type guy say that Obama on Meet the Press was asked about placing his hand over his heart during the National Anthem and he replied that he didn’t want to appear to be “taking sides” because some people around the world find our flag to be a symbol of oppression. I caught the tail end of his rant and then the guy was immediately cut off at 6:00 am this morning. My question is - was he referring to an old interview or did this happen yesterday? Was the one on meet the press yesterday?

Great news, but what happens when dems come up with forty million fraudulent ballots in as many battleground states as needed? That’s what scares me to death. No matter what, though, I expect riots etc. in places like Detroit. (It’s their turn).

Forget stuff like this and JUST Vote. We would be saying the same thing if the early votes were swinging to Obama. Just VOTE!!!

Nov. 4 it would be wonderful to see MSM weeping, raging, asking, Why did Obama lose? Well, they’d get a board of psychologists on who’d say whites are inherently racist. But not a peep about 95 per cent of blacks who voted for Obama’s skin color.

Interesting. These shifts do appear to have happened just recently.

YOU posted, “how could there possibly be public knowledge about voting other than exit polling (which would be next to impossible with early voting and we all know how accurate that is anyway).” <{>

I agree...there is no way of getting the actual counts of real votes until the votes are counted on election day.

It’s telephone polling that asks people if they already voted.
