2 Forms of Identification *REQUIRED* to Attend Obamapalooza
WLS AM 89 Radio ^ | 11/3/2008 | Don Wade and Roma

Posted on 11/03/2008 8:27:30 AM PST by Velveeta

Heard on the radio this morning, from the Chicago Police Department spokesman, that *2* forms of identification will be required to enter Barack Obama's election night soiree' - known in these parts as "Obamapalooza".

Spokesman said bring your photo ID and a postmarked letter which has been mailed to you with your address - and it had better match your photo ID.

You don't even need 2 forms of ID to vote in the election!

You’re right - you don’t even need a birth certificate to run for President.

Palin might just drag Mccain’s carcass across the finish line ahead of the communist. So it could be a very blue celebration in Chicago.

"You don't even need 2 forms of ID to vote in the election!"

And you don't even need any ID to run for president.

The One has been nauseating me for what seems like forever. Win or lose, I’m hoping for a major blizzard in Chicago tomorrow night.

This nation is in huge trouble.

I fear the worst, Congressman Billybob. Around Chicago it's always been "rules for thee and not for me (the politician). Now the rest of the world will be privy to Chicago-style politics.

I live in Boston. Not only do I not have to show ID, but when I voted in the primary and I told the volunteer I wanted a republican ticket, she said 'Oh, really?'.

It's nutty and I'm glad I'm old.

The people “invited” were given tickets. Why should they need ID?

How do they stop people from voting multiple times - or at least what is the rationale? The honor system?

Our governor has stymied all efforts to pass a bill requiring ID. There was fraud on a massive scale in 2004, it is more happening here & now

They argue "disenfranchisement" when the subject of ID is raised

I’m shocked The One isn’t charging admission for this event.

I wonder how many people will show up to riot?
