To a sensible person, a clean coal plant emits CO2 and essentially nothing else. To Obama, a clean coal plant emits nothing at all.

"Clean coal" is a euphemism for politically correct low CO2 emitting power plants. Which translates into much more expensive electricity. Since CO2 doesn't cause Glowbull Warming it's a scam no matter what form "clean coal" is packaged in.
