As for the electoral vote, thats all the matters. Although I’d like the popular vote just to keep the rioting to a minimum.

I live in the NE Florida area, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that McCain will get 60-65% of the vote here, if not more. Of course, he was stationed at Naval Air Station in Jacksonville.
And Palin was in the heart of Democrat Ohio today. I'm not sure why Obama would come to Florida just to be in Florida unless he thinks he's gonna carry the state, along with enough other states, to become the next president. Why he would waste valuable time this late in the game is a mystery.
Unless he had too many other holes to shore up in the dike or he figured Florida was probably a lost cause, but still worth an attempted effort.
