Stay here, 2ndDiv! You are an awesome American, an excellent FReeper, and I appreciate you a whole lot. There are a lot of depressed FReepers (and snarky trolls est. 2008) tonight but it’s a true bummer to hear someone super-awesome like you say you’re going away because we really need real men like you around.

In FRiendship,

P.S. A copy of your plan would be appreciated in a certain FReepmail inbox in The Democratic People’s Republic of Sacramento, California, should you go forward with it. Thank you in advance.

Affirmative Action is now going to be the President. Why would he put an end to it?

Quite the opposite. He will endeavor to entrench it further: pure tribalism, with the force of fascism behind it.

Who would have believed a short 7 years after 9/11, that a good portion of New York state would elect a man whose pastor celebrated 9/11 and the deaths of innocent Americans? And then Obama stayed in that “church” 7 more years? And that the majority of idiot America would jump on the kool-aid bandwagon? I have now truly seen it all. Stupidity that is.

New Yorkers are just about the stupidest people when it comes to politics. They are really stuck on stupid. If New York didn't have the legacy of Wall Street and businesses that were there from years ago it would be a third world city. A pox on New York.

I can’t agree with you more. While your comment should be quoted, I would only be copying everything you wrote.

And I strongly suspect the general Republican concensus our here in la-la land will be that we were failed by the Republicans in America’s House of Lords and yes, the President.

I find nothing at all honorable about allowing others to endlessly attack you, spread lies and maintain contol of the public mindset. Recall Bush allowed that Plame thing to go on, he had that congressional thing on those fired attorneys, Waxman made a career out if hearings. No Weapons of Mass Destruction becomes the public mantra and I got to wonder HOW DAMN HARD IS IT TO EXPLAIN TO THE PUBLIC THAT SADDAM HAD ENOUGH OIL MONEY TO HAVE NUKES READY IN AN HOUR AFTER THE PHONE CALL?

The country club Repubs spent and got suntans and trained every hair to remain in its appointed place on their lordly heads. John McCain was the epitome of the Republican party who failed us.

Barack Obama is a good speaker and he’s a personable fellow. I’d like the guy if I met him at a gathering. Bush is a doofus who sing-songs the same words over and over. McCain? God bless us....he gave us the potential known as Sarah Palin but beyond that....

Somebody tell the pubs to find SOMEBODY in the party who got higher than a C in public speaking, how about it?

....it’s time for John McCain to saunter off softly into the woodwork. He had his chance. He had our support. He blew this campaign like the country club lordly pub he is.

Lookit....I got lots more rant left in me but I gotta stop for now....

W is not clueless. Those who were conned were clueless because of the media. The majority of our nation are no longer capable of discernment. They are as uneducated as the Kenyans. We know what happened today, and we better be prepared for tomorrow. If obamination gets the SCOTUS behind him...

The Dems will do all they can to put W in jail.

Just as he leaves Ramos and Compean rot in jail, he can do the same.

An African-American, yes, historical, and this Hungarian-American is going to find out how her ancestors kept the Russians at bay. No African-American can whine to me now, either. Do you think there will be an African-American business boom?
As for No Child left behind—the NEA hates it, its outta here. What will the new first woman be doing?

The liberals KNOW how to win - they are not only flooding our schools (especially colleges and universities) with the likes of Ayers and Rashid Khalidi.

BUT - they take governor seats so they can run state campaigns more effectively.

Last - they go to bed with media and crooked moguls - so they can get all the free advertising they want.

The first two - we conservatives CAN do - if we really commit to a CONSISTANT effort like the dimms. But - after the first victories - we always peter out!

But - the last point is out of the question! I can’t stand Hollywood types!

People want to get off of oil dependency because our money is going to terrorists

BUT - the SAME people think nothing of going to movies and giving their money to these Hollywood types that do everything to destroy our families and our nation!!

How stupid is that??

Needless to say - I have not gone to see movies for years and supported those Hollywood liberals who hate our country!

Think of your favorite movie star - do they support liberal causes - Then STOP supporting them by going to their movies!!

Why haven’t all the other socialist nations become more conservative? After the changes are put through, they don’t ever get taken away. It’s like weaning a baby off a bottle!

I’ll give President Bush the credit for making a night like this possible.

"Oh, and Barack, you'll love all the new low-oversight Presidential powers I've installed..."

I believe the blame lies squarely with the communist infiltrates starting with Soros and probably some Arab Sheiks. They caused the political melt down on purpose by sabotaging the market. The war in Iraq was coming to a good end so they resorted to sabotaging the market. The timing was perfect for them, way too perfect. My sister knows someone who is on the know about the financial meltdown and he says it is clear that it was orchestrated. He is a super intelligent upstanding Republican man. The Dems are the ones who repeatedly blocked reform of FM and FM. I always thought the Dems were working to sabotage our Country in the interest of destroying President Bush and now I believe they did and just for that reason. And it worked. Blame these leftist, traitors if you want to blame the ones who are to blame along with a traitorous, commie infiltrated or should I say taken over media. They are the enemies.
Bush wasn't perfect but he has done many good things. We have been up against a rabid enemy and they are within. We had the wool pulled over our eyes. We never wanted to believe in conspiracies and a monster of one has taken place under all of our noses. It is the commies who in the 60's waged war on America and never stopped. To begin with they were instigated by Castro and other communists of that time.

Another thing that didn’t have to do with President Bush was that Obama received hoards and hoards of cash from illegal foreign sources. He out spent on advertising on a tremendous level. His ads were one lie after the next, unbelievable total lies. McCain did not begin to have the money to keep up with all the libelous ads. People were inundated with them. If you listened to them you would think McCain was terrible. And then the other ads portrayed Obama like he was as American as apple pie. Total syrup and drivel that was also pure lies. People aren’t use to dealing with the amount of constant lies that this candidate poured out. It really does make me wonder if he is the anti-Christ as Satan is the father of lies and Obama lied like Satan. He ran a blitzkrieg of lies and cheating, unheard of in American politics. And we were blitzed. It shows that there needs to be much shoring up concerning the legalities of political contests.
