Lawsuits MUST be filed in all 50 states plus the District of Columbia. Someone MUST figure out who has legal “standing” to file the lawsuits. Otherwise, this is a gigantic waste of effort.
The individual states’ Election Boards must prove and certify that Obama was constitutionally eligible.
We need to move beyond the pettiness and focus on rebuilding the conservative movement. Lawsuits don’t win mandates from the American people.

It would seem to me that the first bill Pres. 0 signs could give us standing. Simply do not pay the tax increase, and when you are hauled into court, get your lawyer to challenge the law on the basis that the President who signed it was not legitimate.
I am not a lawyer, but this is just an idea. Downside: you might spend a few honorable days in jail, happily living off the Feds, with free medical care, library privileges, TV, health club, &c.
I would be willing to do this. Furthermore, I would not even do it with a hostile intent, but just to encourage the opening of historically important records and to honor the Constitution.
I would focus on passing a law which makes it a requirement for the original birth certificate to be rendered when running for President. As it currently stands, who vouches that the candidate is eligible to run for the Presidency?
Obama is not legitimate. Historic and unprecedented vote fraud committed by Democrats does not a legitimate president make. Fraudulent coup.
It would be more worthwhile to push for an identity system in which we’ll be able to know who *everyone* living in the US really is. Obama’s case is just symptomatic of the much bigger problem.
If Obama goes away, we will get Biden and still be threatened by the same brand of liberal crap sandwich.
There is nothing to gain now by trying to give Obama the boot over this, except making it look like something personal against Obama. Then, all the ignorant, disillusioned folks who voted for him will be really angry about it and any chance of a Republican revival after that would be nill. We need to persuade those people over to our side, not tick them off. The only way to do that is to educate them and stand back while Obama and the Democrats fail.
