Yes, there is the typical “what’s in it for me?” angle. I don’t think Republicans should win that battle, but perhaps they can appeal to hard-working Americans who resent such attitudes. And they will resent it very soon. BTW, I’m so excited about the wealth that’s going to be redistributed to me starting January 21st.
