They can't overrule a constitutional amendment. Obviously you can make something that's previously unconstitutional valid. The California Supreme Court would have to turn down the legal challenge.

Exactly.. I worked hard for the prop 8, but the judges will strike it down...It conflicts with the clear wording of the constitution re: gay marriage. They really don’t need to find the wording anymore they can just say it is there.
