Panning the crowd at Obama’s celebration rally in Chicago, the cameras found Jesse Jackson crying.
Maybe he was thinking of this.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson issued an apology to Barack Obama Wednesday for making what he called a “crude and hurtful” remark about the Illinois senator’s recent comments directed toward some members of the black community.
According to Jackson, a Fox News microphone picked up comments he meant to deliver privately that seemed to disparage the presumptive Democratic nominee for appearing to lecture the black community on morality.
Jackson didn’t elaborate on the context of his remarks, except to say he was trying to explain that Obama was hurting his relationship with black voters by recently conducting “moral” lectures at African-American churches.
Jackson’s apology came a few hours before Fox News planned to air the remarks.
Speaking to CNN Wednesday, Jackson said he feels “very distressed” over the comments.

He’ll be stronger because he will have the power of the justice department behind him as he did under Clinton.

Being a true born and raised East Texas whitey, I really dislike Jesse and everthing he stands for, but was watching him live in the crowd (of whites that were totally ignoring him) and if he was actually not aware of the longrange camera, he really seemed moved and his tears looked authentic.

The tears might have been real. Obama just took the mantle of the leading black “leader” away from Jesse once and for all. Not only that but with a black president more ears will be deaf to Jesse’s bleating.

He and his ilk with their $3000 suits and rolex watches (while crying about being oppressed)will need to scramble to find new talking points in order to sell their snake oil.
