I agree. I think it is out of control. And I think if it continues, that traffic to FR may begin to fall.

IMHO, why couldn’t there be a more distinct section or area for vanities? When I come to FR I click on Latest Articles and scan thru them, which now of course, is polluted and diluted with vanities.

Why not require vanities to be posted in a distinct section, called perhaps, for the sake of simplicity, “Vanities”. Then make anything posted under “Latest Articles” actually be news articles plus of course, folks’ comments.

You're right: we should have a section for blogger-like or personal-type posts--but right now it's just a dream...
