I was a Marine for 8 years, and worked in aviation maintenance.
As you can imagine, you go through extensive schooling. And that’s after boot camp and the other “Basine marine” training afterwards.
3 of the 4 POS involved are Privates (”pvt”)E-1- lowest ranking enlisted men. Not many Privates in the Fleet. I bet at least some, and probably all, have disciplinary records and have been busted even prior this horrible crime.
Hanging is too good for these creeps if they are the guilty parties, but it’ll do.

How about a few weeks spent in the embrace of the Iron Maiden? Or a real soul-cleansing SLOW bath in a vat of boiling oil? Should they survive either one (or both), we could then hang them.
