So, are you saying that the recent certificate could list the “County of Birth” as Honolulu even if the original birth certificate from 1961 said that the place of birth was elsewhere (possibly Kenya)? Or are you looking for a date a few days later on the original than his supposed birthday (due to a few days to travel to the US to record the birth?
You can register a foreign BC in Hawaii. The BC that’s in HI could say Kenya. It could say a lot of things. He was adopted by Soetoro so who knows what it says.
