Shouldn’t your name be the “Neighbor of the Neighbor of the Beast?”
Or maybe “Across The Street Neighbor of the Beast”?
In many areas, the even numbers run down one side of the street, and the odd numbers are across the street. My house number is 1220, and the house immediately to the left is 1222. 1221 is across the street.
