Is this normal for a Pres-elect to have a press conference so soon after being elected?
Pres. Bush’s first press conference was in February 2001. I haven’t found when Clinton’s first one was. Carter’s was in February 1977. Obama is already making policy demands, which I don’t recall happening with other president-elects.
