Seems I remember a short time after 9-11 that Franklin Graham went to see Bush and pretty much told him the truth about Islam. After that, he was never invited back again.

Unfortuantely this is the way it is now. With the PC culture we have the truth can't be disclosed about the cult of Islam or too many morons would rush to court screaming for Bush to be impeached and THEOCRACY at the top of their lungs.

As it stands the zero will make sure we have a father Pflagler or Jeremiah Wright type or even more likely a watered down preaceher that says things like hope and change on cue and homosexuals are normal.

It says something about Obama that Billy Graham would sit down and fellowship with Gerald Ford and Bill Clinton (and with Dick Nixon after we knew he was a crook) but not him.

Yep, I don't think abortion was really the issue...what preacher wouldn't want to counsel a supposed Christian on the agenda he was promoting??

Seems like Billy Graham sees something else in Obama.

My father feels like his time and day for that is over," Franklin Graham said. "But he would certainly like to meet (Obama) and pray with him."

Well, Mr. Graham, unless your father wants too get down on his knees and bow to the east several times a day with O-scum-a, he won't get the opportunity. Plus, I seriously doubt Obama prays. He THINKS HE IS THE ONE. Thus, no prayer needed. I bet this smug garbage pail gets up every morning looking for someone too bow to him and tell him how great and wonderful he is. I can see him doing his pimp walk strut through the office, demanding obedience too him and demanding that bow such as the subjects to a king had too do, or lose their heads. He is not my president. I will never call him that. HE IS A PUNK, THUG, CHICAGO GANGSTER. Al Capone did not have Chicago sewed up like this thug and the Daly thugs have it sewed up. The only way Chicago City Hall will ever be cleansed is to burn it too the ground to kill all the garbage and rebuild it.

Well, no one ever responded to your comment.

I'll bite: Give me an example. What do you have in mind?

Losing that election really shook my faith. Why would God let this happen ? doubts.

Like so many things, God does not let us see things that we are not yet ready for - time will tell, but I am sure he had a reason for this election event. Could it be this might really be the end of America as we know it? Perhaps an event 1,000x 911 will occur - do you think Obama will be up to it? Imagine the permutations of different outcomes of such an event. Only God knows these things, we are only allowed to see little tiny pieces at a time. Keep the faith - something will become evident. God cannot be happy with a nation that has destroyed 50 million babies since 1973.

I see no problem with this. The more secular government is, the better off we are as a country. Religion mixed with politics always leads to corruption and loss of liberties.

“History, I believe, furnishes no example of a priest-ridden people maintaining a free civil government. This marks the lowest grade of ignorance of which their civil as well as religious leaders will always avail themselves for their own purposes.”

-Thomas Jefferson to Alexander von Humboldt, Dec. 6, 1813.

You said you 'seemed to remember' and you want me 'prove' that you don't remember? Should I just channel Sigmund Freud for you now?

That is why we have to educate them. Let the bishops try to fix the mess they helped create with the adults. I’m going to be working on the kids.

What it says is that Bill Graham is a lot older now and Franklin's talking for him.

I think this is the first POTUS Graham has rejected.

And it says a lot. We've had our fair share of turds running the show in those years.

This one is a clinker.

Call Obama’s conscience and you’ll get a busy signal cause he’s left the phone off the hook. A seared conscience is very dangerous and a sign that the Lord’s Spirit is not within you.

I'm going to say Warren. That guy is knee deep in compromise and he'd love the spotlight.

Good - Obama is a politician first and last. Jesus is the first and the last. As our founding fathers believed, judgement awaits our nation in this life, and people the next large or small. All things work for good. My people starved to death and 8 million died and when they came to america most Irish families according to Dr Bowditch and Shattuck the children were born to die - this was only 108 years ago. Slavery was bad. Abortion is slavery now. Slavery was law of land at one time, did that make it good? Abortion is legal now...does that make it good?
