Bill Ayers: Becoming a target of 'terrorist' attack
Toronto Star ^ | 11/8/08 | Bill Ayers

Posted on 11/08/2008 10:26:50 PM PST by pissant

Bill Ayers was a founder of the radical 1960s Weatherman group.

Whew! What was all that mess? I'm still in a daze, sorting it all out, decompressing.

For the past few years, I have gone about my business, hanging out with my kids and, now, my grandchildren, taking care of our elders (they moved in as the kids moved out), going to work, teaching and writing. And every day, I participate in the never-ending effort to build a powerful and irresistible movement for peace and social justice.

In years past, I would now and then – and often unpredictably – appear in the newspapers or on TV, sometimes with a reference to Fugitive Days, my 2001 memoir of the exhilarating and difficult years of resistance against the American war in Vietnam.

Then came this political season.

During the primaries, the blogosphere was full of chatter about my relationship with Barack Obama. We had served together on the board of the Woods Foundation and knew one another as neighbours in Chicago's Hyde Park. In 1996, at a coffee gathering that my wife, Bernardine Dohrn (also a founder of the Weatherman) and I held for him, I made a $200 donation to his campaign for the Illinois state senate.

Obama's rivals and enemies thought they saw an opportunity to deepen a dishonest perception that he is somehow un-American, alien, linked to radical ideas, a closet terrorist who sympathizes with extremism – and they pounced.

On March 13, Senator John McCain, apparently in an attempt to reassure the "base," sat down for an interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News. McCain was not yet aware of the narrative Hannity had been spinning for months, and so Hannity filled him in: Ayers is an unrepentant "terrorist," he explained.

Or we might be inspired by the growing movements for reparations and prison abolition,

Prison abolition? Nobody should be in prison?

Okay, Bill, you spoiled little rich man's brat, what are you going to do to rehabilitate all these people who shouldn't be in prison?

Nothing.

You aren't the solution, you are the problem. You don't have the common sense of a gnat.

No wonder you're a self-described "distinguished" "educator".

What else you got?

He will burn in Hell.

And he knows it, which is why he feels no remorse for anything he's done, and why he can go on doing what he does and getting away with it. He chose to pay later, in exchange for a lifetime of guilt-free misdeeds. I'm not saying that he necessarily believes in hell. He's probably an atheist. He's gambling on his belief that there's no eternal damnation in store for him, but he's not really sure. He concedes that there is a small chance that he will burn in hell, which makes him all the more justified, he feels, in his pursuits.

This is how I, a product of 12 yrs of Catholic school, interpret a man like Bill Ayers. But it's also possible that he's just a sociopath, incapable of guilt or remorse or empathy for his victims, in which case hell is going to come as a complete and terrible surprise to him.

Yeah, we know Bill. And we also understand the EVIL, unrepentant man that your are.

I didn't think you'd continue to lay low after the election, what took you so long, CREEP?

"On 9/11, of all days, he had an article where he bragged about bombing our Pentagon, bombing the Capitol and bombing New York City police headquarters. ... He said, `I regret not doing more.'"

McCain couldn't believe it.

Neither could I.

Believe it.

I attempted to read the column by the POS Marxist, but I couldn’t do it without my head exploding.

Someone please tell me this election has been a really bad nightmare. I am so angry and so afraid for our country.

I read somewhere that he once attended a meeting with some 20 other ‘revolutionaries’, with one undercover FBI agent in the room. They were openly discussing how to deal with the post-revolution stubborn holdouts. They were saying there might be as many as 25 million that couldn’t be converted to loyalty by re-education, that would have to be eliminated.

That is, mass murder. Just like Cambodia’s killing fields. Or Mao’s communization of China from 1949-1976.

Obama’s Friend Bill Ayers Planned Taking Over Government, Re-Education Camps, and Genocide
Posted on October 22, 2008

“The guy that Barack Obama shared an office with for three years is as radical as they come, and Obama is a liar when he tells folks he thought the man was rehabilitated. You can’t rehabilitate monsters, and Obama respects the man that headed up the Weather Underground. Scary!

The guy on the video below is Larry Grathwol who became a member of the Weather Underground as an undercover operative for law enforcement. He reveals details of their plans to take over the government, set up re-education camps, and “eliminate” an estimated 25 million that would not be able to be re-educated.....”

So let me get this straight, Ayres (a government employee) who lives a comfortable middle class existence (at least) believes that people should be taught to use violent tactics against evil corrupt governments?

And despite the irony of all the above, he’s still considered a genius?

ARTICLE SNIPPET from post no. 1: “When Alaska Governor Sarah Palin got hold of it, the attack went viral. At a now-famous Oct. 4 rally, she said Obama was “pallin’ around with terrorists.” (I pictured us sharing a milkshake with two straws.)

The crowd began chanting, “Kill him! Kill him!””

What kind of person always calls HIMSELF a “distinguished” professor in his bylines?

He laughs derisively at being called an unrepentant terrorist but does not deny that on 9/11 he wished, in the New York Times, that he had bombed MORE than he had (besides the Capitol and Pentagon and such). One favorite quote from him, from the article that showed him smiling and stomping all over the American flag in an alley, is “Guilty as sin, free as a bird.”

This is the man that raped a girl by trapping her and forcing her to submit to sex by a black man to prove she was not racist. Oh, and he made her do his brother too (though the brother could not go through with it).

Ayers is to this very day still acting as though he and Obama happened to serve on a board together somewhere, and accidentally met in his living room for that political coffee. They shared an address for their offices for YEARS, in a small building. His writings and “Obama’s autobiography” share enough expressions, verbs, and writing style to pass a test for plagiarism. Ayers CHOSE Obama to head his board, and was on two separate boards together. They also blurbed each other’s books and appeared together at several speaking engagements. Their wives worked together.

In fact, do you notice Ayers’s use of the word HOPE in this article? He probably lent that out to Obama too. Seriously, the last few g-dawful paragraphs of blather from this article are exactly the kind of stuff Obama’s books and speeches are filled with.

Me, I’m still stuck on those “trangender people courageously pressing...” Couldn’t get past that line somehow. Communists are hilarious as long as we don’t let them get any power.
