YES.
The 'World court' and 'ICC' (international criminal court) are all parts of the same thing (like two ends of a donkey). Its typically just referred to as 'the Hague'. Its all run by the U.N. (so we pay for it)
This is where the moonbats want Bush hauled off too and Slobo was tried (that worked out well. ten years wasted then he dies in prison, still an 'innocent' man.)
