The “American Conservative Party”? Never heard of it. And the Libertarian Party is not conservative.

America’s Independent Party, founded this year by FReepers and other Reagan conservatives, is already the third-largest party in the nation based on voter registrations. And not only does it represent conservative principle, it’s being built right.

Good Luck with your new party.

Ballot access laws need to be changed in over three fourths of the states for your party to succeed, until alternate partys have equal ballot access in all 50 states they can not accomplish much.

Voters are stupid, and greedy, they won't vote for the candidate with the best message, and policys, they vote based on their own emotions, and finances.

Money is going to be an issue. When Constitutionalists take over a county, or state Republican Rarty the big donor's wallets close, it becomes difficult to raise enough money. Big donors have learned that they can't buy influence from people who's principles aren't for sale. Any new party won't be able to open the wallets of big donors.

Be aware that if successful your party will be infiltrated by the same element that has infiltrated the Republican Party.
