Agree - he did successfully block this legislation to simply provide civil rights to humans living out of the womb.
His ineptitude during the legislative hearings refers to his his quest for power completely blinding him to the most basic moral principles regarding the right for everyday humans to be protected from murder.
This depraved, immoral mindset that Obama suffers with will never serve this country in the event of another terrorist attack.
