Two of the plaintiffs in court cases against Sen. Barack Obama, the president-elect, are working to move their cases forward before his presidential inauguration.
Philip J. Berg, the attorney who filed suit against Mr. Obama challenging him to produce his original birth certificate to prove he meets the constitutional requirements to serve as U.S. president. Mr. Berg filed a Writ of Certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court late in October, in an effort to force Mr. Obama to produce the document.
Accordingly, the U.S. Supreme Court has said that Mr. Obama, the DNC and all co-defendants are to respond to the writ, on or before Dec. 1.
The judge in Mr. Berg's original case ruled that Mr. Berg does not have standing to enforce the constitutional requirements on a presidential candidate. Mr. Berg appealed the ruling to the Supreme Court.

I am leaning toward the thought that he was born in Hawaii and what he is hiding is that he is listed as Caucasian on the COLB. During the time when he was born, African = not US, Negro, or Caucasian were the only choices that might fit.
My feeling is we have 5 people who can keep the USA from going down the tubes.
Alito, Scalia, Roberts, Thomas and..... Kennedy.
TWO QUESTIONS!
1) Isn’t the Indonesian citizenship a big piece of the issue here? Even if BO can convince that he WAS born in the USA, it sounds like he forfeited citizenship when momma took him to Indonesia.
2) Can the SCOTUS demand his other supporting documents, like passport, transcripts, and college enrollment docs? (Because neither Kenya nor Indonesia is going to cooperate with any investigation, and maybe right now creating more fraudulent docs to bolster their boy.)
Sorry, this has even less chance of working now than it did before the election (which was slim-to-none). the best bet is to prepare for the midterm elections to somewhat diminish a President Obama’s clout
Excellent point. If the media, the justices, the Republicans and Democrates will allow an inelligible person to destroy the constitution by becoming president, will they just let him stay in office as long as he wants?

There is nothing that says they can't vote for someone Constitutionally unqualified. All 538 could vote for Bullwinkle the Moose if they wanted.
There would still be 365 D electors. But it wouldn’t have to be Biden. Might be HRC or whoever they like.

As for this nonsense, what do you expect to happen? Obama is declared ineligible just before the electors vote? What would be the denouement? Certainly massive rioting. Chaos at the national level. It might almost do more harm to the fabric of our government in a few hours than an President Barak could in 4 years.
The ex post facto law prohibition only prevents Congress from making something illegal that was formerly legal, then punishing people for past actions. AFAIK, it would not prevent Congress from retroactively rewarding someone.
I think, though, that even a Democratic Congress would be very hesitant to take such an action. It would be a political disaster.
Skip the pragmatism. Let’s offer conservative solutions for a change.
BTW, if Obama is not a natural born citizen (not likely) or Obama is shown to have forged his COLB, I don’t care if it causes riots. He will need to be shitcanned.
The People respect the Constitution more than any President if they thought it was in danger of becoming irrelevant.
National Guard can put down riots in short order. Only the loony bin would riot anyways, which is less than 3 percent, but unfortunately better schmoozed with the media than we are.
At least one of them is lying. At this point, I cannot say which one.
I would welcome Biden over Obama any day!!
