Can’t amend the Constitution prior to inauguration. However, can you say President Biden? Because that is what will happen if Obama is found ineligible.

These Dems probably think they can. Fortunately for us, they still must pass 2/3 vote in both the House and Senate, and get 3/4 of the state legislatures to agree. It ain't ever gonna happen.

Neither is possible. The Congress might pass such an amendment, but three-quarters of the state legislatures simply will not vote to do so. And any "declaration" of BO "to be a US citizen" is foreclosed by the ex post facto law clause of the Constitution.
