Chambliss supported the Amnesty Bill, the Farm Bill, and the Bailout Bill. On top of that, he threw his support behind McCain early at a time when we still had a chance of getting an actual conservative as our candidate. Chambliss is now part of the same Club that has sold out the American Public everywhere.

The last time I told Chambliss what it will take to get my vote (i.e. vote against the bailout), he did the opposite.

I don't like Martin any more than you, but I am tired of being screwed over by Republicans. If Chambliss loses, he only has himself (and the State Party) to blame. And Isakson will soon follow. Then maybe we can get a real conservative in the Senate like Lynn Westmoreland or Herman Cain.

Vote against Chambliss in the primary. Not the general. You don’t hand Obama another Senate seat out of spite.

I agree 100% and some more. Herman Cain would be a godsend to the Senate. We have to fight the GOP establishment - the same establishment that right now is talking down to Georgians about Saxby to scare folks to the polls.

As for Chambliss and Isakson endorsing McCain right before Super Tuesday - what a jerk move by the way - I had called their offices, and BOTH of them told me flat out that the Senators would not be endorsing a candidate prior to Super Tues. Then their ol’ buddy John McCain decided to make a stop in Atlanta and Saxby and Isakson could hardly stop from falling all over themselves to throw their support behind McCain. What a joke. These guys care only about preserving the status quo and looking out for each other.

Saxby’s “Let us EDUCATE YOU on immigration” comment was quite telling as well.

GA has some great congressmen - to bad GA is represented by tweedle dee and tweedle dumb Bush big-spending ‘conservative’ lackeys in the Senate.
