This from a guy who still thinks a teenager is more likely to have a Down syndrome child than a woman in her early forties. And you know who I’m talkin’ ’bout.

Down syndrome births are more common in both women entering their reproductive years and in women leaving their reproductive years. Not sure about the exact risk between a 17 year old and a 44 year old, but they are both at greater risk of a Down birth than women in the middle.
