Yes, I sense a hesitation in her answers, some disjointed phraseology, like she’s been talked by Henry Kissinger again!
After the beating she has taken, she is giving a policy speech, and using her hands and actions to be one of the folks.
IMO, she needs a book to really explain where she is coming from, not that she cannot illucidate, rather because her mind is full of positions that a simple mistatement can ruin her future.
