Really a moot point.
If the government censors the airwaves because they don’t like the ideology that is being disseminated,
it won’t matter if you’re saying it “over the airways”
or whispering it in someone’s ear.
The government didn’t like what Howard Stern was saying but he says it every morning on Sirius. If people are willing to pay why can’t they hear whatever they want?
