“If it don’t fit, don’t force it!”

You got that wrong, it’s:

If it don’t fit force it, if it still don’t fit, get a bigger hammer!

as an aside today Shepard Smith discovered the homosexual based marriage story but ONLY enought to report about connecticut’s judicial caste imposing homosexual marriage on society.

>>>Unfortunately, the Extreme Court declared state anti-sodomy laws unconstitutional. We need anti-Insane Judges laws!

They also struck down a “LAW” banning gay marriage 2 years ago... Thats why Californians came back with a constitutional ammendment which basically tells the court “HANDS OFF!”.

So... do the same thing with the Sodomy law..... put it in the constitution.

Parents already have a touchy job explaining sex between a man and a woman and its purpose to young kids, so now do we air movies to kids in school showing what two men do and two woman do and why? These people need to keep thrills to themselves on a sub level.

When I got involved in the Yes-on-8 campaign they assured us that reversing prop 8 would be much more difficult that getting it into law. As an “amendment” to the constitution prop 8 needed a simple majority to pass. Removing it from the state constitution would be considered a “revision” and would require a 2/3 majority in both houses of the legislature and then a majority popular vote.

Right now republican have more than 1/2 of the seats in the Legislature.

At least that is what we were told. I haven't seen this info repeated in the press anywhere yet so I'm a little worried.

Correction, Republicans have a little more than 1/3 of the seats in the Legislature, still enough to keep prop 8 in the constitution.

Actually, this is a good sign. The supporters have doubts that the state Supremes will overturn it.
In the end, the people decide, for better or for worse.

Good luck with that one. I doubt they can make a positive case to the voters for same sex marriage. If they could have, they wouldn't run to courts across the country to impose it for them.

The Leftist agitators will keep trying until they win. That's how they are successful if they can't get a judge to rule in their favor. They don't care about the will of the people. This temper tantrum by the Left is a microcosm of the Presidential election. One massive temper tantrum by immature brats.

This is how it will be. The evil, once it has tasted blood, will not relent.

The moral compass of the nation has sunk to the toilet and is headed to the septic tank.

Just like all the b.s. EU stuff — make people vote over and over again until you get the politically correct result. If that fails, just do what you want by judicial or bureaucratic diktat.

the MSM is aiding and abbetting the gay agenda here in CA, by their diligent coverage and constant saturation of the news with these protests Without the MSM coverage, we would know nothing about them, for some reason 50-100 gays carrying signs is “Big News”
